1) Damage pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of shipment. (Courier Charges to be paid by the BUYER )

2) Returns NOT Accepted

3) Products MUST NOT BE CUT or changed or Used, OR ELSE THEY WONT BE APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

4) FOR International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty If Charged , It has to be PAID by BUYER.

5) VAT / GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

6) Stitched Suits, Will NOT BE Exchanged or returned for ANY ISSUES.

7) Incorrect Stitching is NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, We ARE NOT Responsible for ANY FAULTs in Stitching Sizes or any issues .

8) Catalog Book / HARDCOPYS May Or MAYNOT COME ( Their is No Assurance that Books will be Provided With the Product )

9) In case of any delays / damage / lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible at all. The Buyer can take up the matter with courier company directly. No cancellations / Refunds are applicable on any delayed shipments. If the package is NOT Accepted by the buyer any charges incurred will be borne by the buyer.

10) If You Order via TRANSPORT / India POST Option, We DON’T HOLD ANY LIABILITY of the Goods, It is ON Buyer’s OWN LIABILITY.Applicable Law
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Surat, India
Your Order is CONFIRMED After we receive the Payment, and Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT, Their are chances that EVEN AFTER you pay the Product MAY Not be available, we Provide Easy Refunds or Adjustments if that Case Occurs.
